Hi All:
I have few doubts here can someone pls help.
1.Valid h1b visa stamped till 2018
2.I am in India now , not travelled to us yet, not even a single time.
3.Got stamped with Client A from Comp A, but that client A project got cancelled.
4.Now comp A, trying to amendment for client B in premium process.
5.here Client B mentioned 1 month duration in client letter.
My questions:
1.Is it possible to do amendment for one month duration in client B letter?
2.Is it possible to travel with h1b amendment receipt number as h1b amendment is in progress?
3.Is there any denial in H1b amendment as duration for one month ?
4.First shall I travel to client A location and I will stay for one day, then I will move to location B. Is that works fine for my travel ?
