Vacation on cruise for H4 visa holder

Hello community,

My wife is currently on an H4 visa. Her visa is in good standing, though her visa sticker has expired. Is it risky to go on a cruise that makes non-US stops as part of the itinerary? I don't know how the validity of her H4 visa sticker would be enforced.

Yes, it is risky.

She would need new H4 visa stamp in order to return to the US.
