Hi,
Please advise, I have entered the name incorrectly, where the first name was written at Last name and Last name written at first while requesting the visa appointment at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com
I wrote mail to "[email protected]" to correct the name, but I have received automated mail as below-
"Your message to <[email protected]> was automatically rejected:
Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)"
Let me know if there is any other way to reach out for correcting the profile name.
