H4 visa extension

Hello, my h4 visa and i94 are going to expire on dec 31,2015 so I have applied for h4 extension on dec 23 ,2015 .my spouse's i29 petition number starts with WAC so according to USCIS guidelines my h4 extension packet should go to Phoenix service center but my attorney has sent to Dallas USCIS office.
Will the packet is sent back to my attorney by Dallas USCIS office? or do I need to send a new packet to Phoenix USCIS office?my i94 is going to expire in 2 days so Can I stay in the country after dec 31? please advice.

If it was sent to wrong office, it would be returned. You would have to send it to the right office.
