How to file taxes in USA after leaving USA

Soon I will be leaving for india (month on feb). How I am suppose to do my taxes in USA from india?
I am expecting tax returns. Can anyone recommend anything?

What people typically do with their 401k money? Withdraw it or do something else?

1. There are lot of online tools which will do it. Need not be in US for filing taxes.
2. I think there is some penalty associated with it. Check with a tax expert.
