Second H1B Before completing 6 years

I have question regarding new H1B, currently I am in US with H1B visa and I will be completing 6 years by April 2016. If am leaving the country before April 2016, can I able to apply for a new H1B? If it is possible is there any cooling period to come back to US? And with new H1B will I be able to work for another 6 years?

one is expected to be out of US for 365 days and then apply afresh in fresh cap in order to reset the clock and get fresh 6 year H1 possibility.
