Change Project/Location with same employer while H1B Extension in Process
Hi,
Please let me know if i can move to a different location/ project while my H1B Extension is in Progress. I still remain with the same employer.
Also My H1 visa is in expired Status ( currently on 240 day grace period).
I heard that new Amend petiotn need to filled , in that case previously filled extension period gone and it will start from day 1 ( extension fill period is now more than 3 months)
What things need to do ?
