H1B-CAP Exempt -Expired H1 Petitions

I got my H1 petition approved in Feb 2012 till Feb 2014. I had not traveled in H1 and petition expired.

I had applied for CAP Exempt now from my organisation. Need below clarifications:

1. Is it valid case?
2. What is the chance of approval?

1. Yes seems so.
2. Would depend upon how strong the documentation is.
