H1B amendment required on client change
Hi All,
I have a query regarding H1B amendment process.
Currently my employer is company A; and I am working in USA on H1B as a contractor for client company B.
Now my client company B has been segregated and sold out to other company C. In this case, I have below question for which I need inputs on:
If my client company C is located in the same geographical area as of client company B, then does my LCA and H1B amendment need to be filed in this case? Please note that my employer A is same in this case, and only the client company for which I am working as a contractor is changing.
