H1 transfer pending and change in client and location
Hi,
My H1 transfer with my employer A is pending and not yet approved. It was filed on 26 Jun 2015. I am working at client site through my employer. this project is going to end on 31 Jan. Now I have found new client and project at new location.
I need advise on below
If I move to new location, will it impact my H1 transfer approval?
Does my employer need to file any amendment to this pending H1 Transfer
What is risk in this situation? Should I try to extend my current project some how until I get approval
