How to know weather my H1B RFE documents submitted in time?

Hi,

My H1B application got RFE on 10Jul2015, employer submitted RFE documents in October 2015. Till now i haven't got any response. How can i find weather my RFE documents submitted in time? Please advise me.


Case Status is showing like this.

On October 20, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. Our Vermont Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

The note clearly states that they did receive the response. If you want you can ask employer to upgrade to premium to get a faster response.
