I have a question about H1B visa. Can multiple employers apply for my H1B visa? Will it negatively affect my approval? Will it increase my chances in the lottery?

Yes. No. Yes.

As for latest, there is no official communication for an increase in quota, so count should remain same which means a lottery again, most probably, the cost of applcation has nearly doubled for special types of companies filing H1.
