Ditached Passport Cover

Hi- I just applied for a tourist visa for one the country and received my passport stamped in the mail. Now the issue is that a cover page is completely detached but the pages inside are intact.
So do I have to apply for the new passport now before I travel to India?

If your passport is damaged, then it is better you get it replaced. Check with BLS international. Follow the below link.
