RFE submitted on 24th Sept. Still no status change

Hi,
I my employer replied to RFE request on 24th Sept 2015. My case status is still showing "Our Vermont Service Center office will begin working on your case again".

How much maximum days USCIS takes to take decision on RFE?
What should I do in this case? Can we move to premium processing at this stage?

5-6 months. You can convert the case to premium anytime.
