H1 and H4 together

I am filling DS-160 now expecting to get appointment Feb 2nd week or March 1st week.
I am processing H1 for first time
My plan is to apply for H4 for all my family members.
Do i need to fill separate DS-160 with my petition number?
Is there any document I can demand to my employer?

I have got almost all documents for my H1.
But in case of H4 for my spouse and kids do I need any specific document from employer.

No. If you will all attend the visa interview together in a single appointment slot, then there is nothing else required.

Different DS-160 will ok for single appointment slot.

As suggested i have filled DS-160 for my H1 and H4 for all three dependents(Spouse,Kids(2)).
On submission of each DS-160 will generate the confirmation BAR code. Am I Right?
How to get a single appointment for different DS-160? I don't want to submit in wrong way and spend time tp fill again.
If some could advice me what is the current End to End process.

Also now , bio-metric and photo will be taken in separate day prior to visa interview. How it is?
