Hi,
I was having a petition which I got in 2014 through an employer X. Now the validity of that petition is over. (Which was valid from 1-oct-2014 to 30-Sep-2015).
Expected project got cancelled and could do any visa stamping.
When I gave the petition receipt details of employer X to another employer Y, they processed the same and it got approved. ( Stamping not done ) I am still out side US with employer X.
Now another employer Z want to process my petition.
Would like to know
1. Whether petition through employer X can be processed by multiple employers ? Finally going to accept only one employment.
2. As petition is approved for employer Y , whether employer X can process it through out of cap again? I am still with employer X.
3. If employer X, process it again , whether they (X) will come to know whether it has been processed by employer Y ?
4. Whether employer Z can use the same receipt of employer X to file it for out of Cap or the receipt of employer Y is required to process it further ?
