Hi

I have my h1b petition approved in 2014 cap from employer A. I quit the employer A in Dec 2015 as there is no role found and not sending me to US. Currently I am india and have only ETA case number and copy of Form 9035 & 9035E with me.

Having his information h1b transfer is possible to new employer if I get some role. If so will I get cap exempt from USCIS.

Please share the information if you have how to proceed in my case.
