First time H1 stamping from non-home country

Hi,
I am from India and recently my H1 petition has been approved. I am currently working in a different IT project (other than the one through which I applied for H1) in the UK on work permit. Can I stamp my visa in Scotland/London for the first time (not extension)?

Is there any chances of rejection/delays if I am stamping my visa from the UK and not from India? Please share the experiences, if any.
