Hi All,
My H4 visa stamped on passport has FNU,Myname. My current H1 petition filed for amendment has LNU,MYname. I reasoned with my employer to have it as FNU, but he said since i dont have last name in my passport attorney suggested to keep it as LNU. I will be going to India by March, while filling the DS-160, i have no choice but to fill LNU,Myname as I-797 will have that. Please let me know if this is ok, or will the security not allow me inside as its not FNU. I see that everywhere in India, they write FNU if last name is missing and do no write LNU. Please help on this.
