    221G past 1 year - reapply in different consulate

    I got 221g in September 2014 from chennai, india consulate. Now its 1 year 4 months and application is expired. Now can i apply in different consulate say Mumbai?

    If yes should i need to tell them about my previous experience with chennai OR tell them this is fresh application and i never gave chennai interview.
