my H1B strange situation
Hi All,
Please help me suggesting what I should do.
I am a first time H1B applicant (I am Indian residing in Mexico). I have applied and got my H1B petition approved. I was suppose to appear for H1B stamping in Mexico and have taken appointment for stamping in Mexico. BUt unfortunately because of an emergency I have to leave back to India. So, as I was in India I have appeared for stamping in India. But I got a 221 G blue slip. But still my appointment is open in Mexico.
So
1.Can I appear for stamping in Mexico now?
2. Will there be any problem ,If I appear in Mexico for stamping now as I have already appeared in India and got 221G?(My DS160 in Mexico is different from my DS160 in India)
Please do suggest how to go ahead.
