Port Of Entry at Employer Location other than work location

Hello Everyone,

I have few questions related to my travelling to USA on H1B visa. I am travelling to US for the first time on H1B visa.

1) I have valid h1b visa issued on jan-2016 and planned to travel in Feb-2016 3rd week. Will there be any issue at POE?
2) I am travelling to my employer location XX which is different from my work location YY. Is there any problem at POE? mine is EC model. I have client letter & LCA.

Do I need to submit any amendment or any supporting letter at POE from employer?
