My wife is currently on F1 Visa in US and she wants to get converted to H4 Visa and file for her H4 EAD together.
I am in US on H1B and have I140 approved.
Does anyone know what all document we need to submit for her H4 visa & H4 EAD?
I found from certain forums that below forms/documents are needed. Is this a conclusive list? Anyone has anything else to add (more is not a problem I believe)
1)proof of the H-1B husband's valid H-1B status*
2)Job letter to prove spouse's status*
3)his W-2, latest tax return, if applicable and copy of last 3 pay stubs won't hurt either*
4)Copies of I-20, EAD, passport and I-94 to prove current status of F1*
5)I-797 approval for i140*
Can we submit all documents in one envelope and send it so that both H4 and H4 EAD goes together?
