H1-B Amendment: Job Chage?

Hi,

Current Status: Petition has been approved till Oct-2017. (Visa valid till Oct-2017)

My Amendment has been filled by my H1-B employer and it has been a while.
When I check my status, the site says that "Case was received" (not yet approved).

But, I m not happy with my work and want to change my Job (H1-B employer)

Can I go ahead and change my Job even though H1-B amendment is in progress (from my current employer)?
