I am on H1 since long and my 6 years tenure will get over by July 2016.
The main issue is that my Labour(GC) is not filed yet. It will probably be filed in
March 2016.
Query 1:Because of my prevailing immigration status I cannot further extend my H1.If I switch my status to F1 before my H1 expires can I transfer back my status to H1 once my Labour /i140 is approved.
Query 2: If yes ,when can I switch back to H1 on labour approval or on i140 approval
