    DS-136, Item-36 Question..URGENT!!!

    I am currently working in US and have a visa appt in chennai for H1B revalidation stamping.

    Item#36: Has anyone filed for immigrant petition ...

    My answer is NO for this at present. But if I get my labor approved and I-140
    approved before stamping will this be a wrong answer?

    Just curious to know.. please help
