H1B Visa document/ Provisional certificate
Hi All,
I am holding a Master degree in Computer Science and have the Master Degree certificate with me.
But i don't have Final Graduation Certificate, instead of that i have the Provisional Certificate of the Graduation Degree. My company is filing H1 visa for me for year 2016. Will there be any problem for getting H1 visa due to not having the Final Graduation certificate. Previously i had H4 visa and traveled to USA. The H4 got expired in Sept, 2015.
Please help me out.
