Hello,

I have a question. I am on an H1B visa from Company A. and my visa is valid till March 2008. I have an offer from Company B. If i get a new H1 B visa, will that visa be valid till March 2008 (expiry of first visa) or will it be from 3 years from my new employment date. Please respond.

Hi Rajesh,
Your company B will apply for change of petitinor(where only your petitioner changes) But valid of the visa is same as ur first visa.....

I presume, then after the expiry of this visa, employer B can apply for an extension of another 3 years?
