What is Drop Box confirmation letter?

Hello ,

I filled DS 160 Form and also tried to schedule interview in https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/. After answering all the questions, it is showing i am eligible for Drop box and I have to bring Drop box confirmation letter along with all the required documents. What is Drop box confirmation letter? Is it something I get by post to my mailing address? Or should i just take a printout of confirmation page?

While scheduling the interview in usvisatraveldocs at the 7th step. It will ask a set of questions for drop box eligibility. After answering all the questions you will get a drop box pdf attachment. You need to take print out 2 copies of the drop box confirmation letter and submit the same.

I had filled in DS 160 for my parents and is submitted. I was filling up the https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/...&country=India. for getting the interview date.

I started with My father's application and later there was a page to add more member, there I added my mother's DS160 Information along with passport details and all.
Then it went to the page where it asked "Are you (the visa applicant) 80 years of age or older?". As my Father is 81 years completed, i said yes.
Next screen said "Congratulations! You qualify for the “Drop Box” Interview Waiver Program. Please do not schedule an appointment at the Visa Application Center or U.S. Embassy/Consulate."

I am not sure, shall i go ahead and put both the Passport in drop box as my mother is not 80+ though indenting to travel with my father.

FYI.. my mother qualifies for the dropbox facility
