2015 H1B Rejection(denied) and further hope to get it approved
I had my employer filled H1B in April 2015 and it was change of status from H4. My employer had received an RFE in September 2015. However, even after submitting the RFE, my case was denied by USCIS very recently. I did not receive the denial notice yet to know the reason for denial.
Can anybody help me with Options/Suggestions that I can get my H1B case approved? Or what are the best options I have now?
