h1b: Lost SSN but have a scanned copy

Hello Sir,

I have lost my SSN card but have a scanned copy. Will I able to travel to USA on h1b visa with the scanned SSN card ?

To Travel USA SSN is not mandatory document and by the way it should be more secure..
In case if you people need, giving number is enough to them .. So you can travel without SSN.
