H1B Petetion Transfer - Please help *** URGENT ***

Hi All,

Please help me!! I am in INDIA. I have a H1B petetion from a consultant A vaild thru Oct 2007. I didnt go for stamping & don't have H1b visa. I want to transfer this petetion to another employer/consultant in USA or INDIA? Is this can be done? What type of questions may VO ask, when i will go for stamping?

Please advise me!

visa can be transfere only when you are in USA

You can not transfer your H1B petetion if you are not in USA. You can go for a new H1B petetion and go for stamping. VO may not aware of your previous H1B if it is not stamped in ur passport.
