Hello,
My wife and I are currently residing in the US legally on non-immigrant visas. I am a South African citizen and my wife is from Romania. My wife is on an H-1B Dual Intent visa and I am on an H4 visa as her dependent which has been filed in the United States with the help of our lawyer. Because our visas were filed within the US they are not yet stamped in our passports.
Due to financial difficulties it will be impossible for me to get my visa stamped in South Africa and we are hoping that it will be possible for us both do get our visas stamped at the US Embassy in Romania.
Would it be possible for me as a third world country national from South Africa to get my H4 visa stamped in Romania as my wife is on an H-1B Dual Intent visa and what are the chances of me being successful in doing so an d what would be the appropriate procedures to go about doing so?
Please advise
Thank you kindly
