    First time H1b at port of entry

    My petition start from 2nd of Dec 2016 and I did visa stamped my H1b and H4 of my family on 2nd of Feb 2016. Now we are traveling to Usa on 3rd week of March 2016. Is there is any issue at port of entry if we are going after 1 month and ten days passed after visa stamping . Pls advise

    that should not be a problem , i came after 6 months since my visa was stamped .

    make sure you have all the documents are correct .
