I am on L2 having EAD (based on my spouse L1B) and visa is valid till may 2017..I currently work as a full time employee and my company would like to sponsor H1B this year..I have travel plans in July this year and return on Aug..I am thinking of trying premium so I can get the status before I leave US
My confusion is whether to go COS or counseler processing ? ...which one has high risks in it ? I have seen other forum links, but didnt get any answer.
Any reply is very much appreciated
