Hi,
I am planning to go for visa stamping. But recently my company got split, created a new entity and merged with other company.
I have a H1B valid from company A. Now company A got split into two, created a new entity B and later on merged with another company C. The new company name is XYZ.
Company B and C are subsidiary of company XYZ and I am in company B.
I asked the company if there is any amendment needed for this to reflect new company name, they said there is no amendment needed as they have successor in interest.
I got a Successor in Interest letter from company XYZ that they are taking over liabilities and all rights n responsibilities of all H1B's.
So, is this all fine or do I need an amendment with company B?
Will there be any issues during the stamping or is showing successor in interest letter is fine?
Thanks in advance.
