H4 visa with Employer Change

Hello All:

My wife obtained her H4 visa recently. But she hasn't joined me yet. In the meantime I have changed my employer and I have apllied for H1B transfer.

My question, is that, does my wife needs to get her H4 visa RE-STAMPED because of this?

Please let me know.

I Dont think she needs to get restamped..but its safer for her to carry the new I-797 of yours too .
