Hi All,

Please help me!! I am in INDIA. My company is filing H1b for me in April 2006. I want to apply another H1b thru Consultant in USA. Now, these are my questions

(1) Can i have more that one H1b petetions at the same time? from different employers?

(2) What will happen if both H1b petetions processed in same center (INS- USA - Visa processing centers)

(3) Can i have two vaild H1B's ? Or at any point of time i will have only one H1b?

Please help me!! and advise me!!

Yes..

Yes you can.. Have 2 H1B's filed at the same service center.

The one which you will have stamped will be the one which they will consider you are with.
