    H1B Transfer (New Use Case)

    Hi All,

    I got the H1B VISA last month (Dec-2015) from an employer A. I am planning to travel in March-2016 but got an offer from employer B. Can I go ahead with H1B Transfer?(I didn't travel to USA yet and still in India only). Will I face any challenges if yes, please let me know in detail?
