H1B Transfer for Expired Petition i797
Hi,
I got my H1B stamping in Nov 2012 from Company A and it got expired in September 2013. I didn't travel US or used H1B till date. Switched to My new Company B and it is ready to do a H1B transfer using my old expired i797 petition. Is it possible to do H1B-Transfer now ?
What are the required document if H1B transfer is possible? I still have my old i797 document.
If H1B transfer is possible, How long I can wait and apply for H1B transfer? Reason being currently there is no openings in onsite but we are expecting a position very soon.
