Conversion to Studay (F1) visa from H4

Hi,

My wife is on H4 currently. We are looking for some options where she can do some online course and get CPT/OPT from the college and work and apply for H1 while working. Can someone please suggest colleges/Universities that offer online courses and provide CPT/OPT?

Your wife can study on H4 visa.

But for OPT/CPT eligibility she needs to study on F1 visa.
