H1 Transfer
Hello Guys,
I have my current H1B valid till Oct 2016 from company A. I got a offer from Company B in December and I started work for them after they started my transfer.
The transfer is still pending.
Now I have a offer from company C. Can company C apply for my transfer? Can I start working for company C after they start my transfer?
Since with company B my transfer was not approved yet, will it make me out of status for the period I worked for Company B?
