    H1 Validity

    Hi ,

    I am in a typical situation. I got H1 last year but I am working at the moment in Germany and i have no chance to go USA to my employre so far,How about the validity of my H1 Visa,If I dont visit USA untill the expiry of my VISA could I allow to extentend it again.

    Please advise me in this regard.
