Hi,
I need to know about the possibilities after my unstamped/unused h1b visa gets revoked.
I applied for h1b from India and then came to US on H4. My h1b was approved after I reached US , so I was never on H1 status.
I did not start working in US as my employer was not able to get me a project in bay area. What happens if he revokes my petition. Would I be cap-exemp if some other employer files a H1b for me.
