    Critical Question: H1 or L1

    I am on H1 by a good company and it is expiring in sept 2006. I have been working for them in India for about 6 months now. I have two options. Either I can go back in April on H-1 or go back in September on L1.
    (Or are there more options for me)
    Which one is better for me? Given that the company is ready to file my GC.

    Please give me a reply. This is urgent
