Regarding h1 approval

I had done h1 interview at Chennai consulate on 19th Feb. I had sen the status in online and it is showing as ' issued' . And I checked the status in ' usteavledocs.com', and it is showing as ' your passport is ready to pickup ' . What does it mean, do I need to collect in consulate? My h1 is approved ?
When filling ds-160, I mention that pickup (bluedart express) will be in Hyderabad. Now am confused, do I need to collect from Hyderabad courier or still Nee to wait some more time. It had already completed 8 days from h1 process date to till today.

It's ready to pick up that means you can pick up now from whichever location you have selected while filling ds-160 form.
