Hi,
I have got my H1B & H4 B (spouse and kid) extension got approved 40 days ago. I have received approval notices(original) of H1B and H4 approval notice(I797) for my kid only but my spouse H4 approval is not yet received.
As per my employer, the lawyer has not yet received it. The status on USCIS website is showing name was updated for H4 receipt number and for H1B it is showing 'approved and emailed decision'.
I have to go for visa stamping in another 25 days. I am not sure if this is fine to go for stamping without H4 approval notice for my spouse. I am eligible for drop box option.
Any advise is helpful to me in my case. is it ok to go to travel out of US or no.
