I'm on H1B (1st 3 years) in US and working for company A. My visa will expire in Sept 2016. I'm getting offer from company B and the best thing is that I can join them anytime.
My question is:
1. I'm going to India for my engagement in May, when I come back to US can I transfer to company B along with the H1 extension
(transfer and extension at the same time and also I'm planning to apply my spouse's H4 visa- I would get span of around 3 and half months before my visa expires). Would it be risky?
2. OR would it be better to stay with A and get my extension done and later can transfer to B?
