Regarding H1B Visa

Hi All,

I am in US with my current H1B transfer case. My previous H1B visa is already revoked by my previous employer. Currently, my H1B transfer case is in progress (RFE). I have couple of questions -

My stay in US will totally depend on my current visa decision, if in case, the USCIS has deny my on-going H1B case, then what will be the options available for me to stay and work in the US?

Is it possible for me to search new vendor/company to file my H1B again?

Why did you join even before H1 transfer petition was approved? Now, if at all the current transfer is denied, you will have to leave US.
