Can H4 visa holder travel to USA when H1 B transfer is in RFE state

Need you suggestions urgently on below scenario.
My spouse on H1B, changed her employer and her H1 B transfer is in RFE state.
I have planned my travel in mid April to USA.
Please let me know if I will be having any problem at POE.
Also my employer is filing H1 B for current year cap.
